Charlie has been my personal stylist for the last year and I highly recommend working with her. Initially I got in touch with her as I needed help with an outfit for a society wedding, she has now become a trusted partner in re-building my whole wardrobe!
Charlie came highly recommended by a close friend, who is senior in finance and always looks impeccable. Charlie listened to my brief and very quickly understood the look that I was trying to achieve. She came up with a look-book of different options and together we picked several dresses to order. Charlie came to my house, armed with multiple outfit options including handbags and shoes. I ended up buying several different outfits, including a cocktail dress for the wedding I had originally asked Charlie to help with. Charlie helped me with tailoring the dress so I got the exact length right. It was clear from the outset that she really cared that I felt good in the outfit that we picked together.
Following the first successful meeting, I have asked Charlie to re-work my entire wardrobe by season. I run a sizeable team in an investment bank, and had fallen into a trap of wearing black work suits and shirts as a uniform. Charlie helped me find some smart work clothes then pulled them into outfits and sent me look-books of how I could wear the different pieces together. This has included helping me pack for multiple business trips.
In many cases, I have bought pieces in colours and styles that I wouldn’t have tried before. I have been surprised at how good Charlie’s ideas look on me and she has completely revamped my wardrobe. Friends and family have commented that they like many of my new outfits and I feel more confident at work. It has also saved my time, as the outfits Charlie helped me put together work well as a capsule, so it makes me quicker in the morning !
